By downloading or accessing JudgeMe, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Description of Service

JudgeMe is an interactive entertainment application that enables users to create "leagues" with their friends, document funny real-life incidents (referred to as "cases"), and cast satirical votes. The application is meant for playful, social, and goliardic utilization among consenting groups of friends.

2. User Generated Content (UGC) Guidelines

⚠️ CRITICAL NOTICE: Users are SOLELY responsible for the content (descriptions, images, titles, case claims, and comments) that they submit to JudgeMe. JudgeMe does not pre-moderate user content.

By uploading or submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You will not upload illegal, defamatory, libelous, abusive, or copyright-violating content.
  • You will not engage in bullying, stalking, malicious harassment, or discriminatory behaviors against any member of a league.
  • You understand that user content is shared with and visible to other participants in your private league.

3. Voluntary Participation

Participation in any private league is completely **voluntary**. Each individual is free to accept or reject invitations. You may leave a league or request data purge at any point.

4. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the creators of JudgeMe be held liable for:

  • Offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content generated by other players.
  • Interpersonal conflicts, disputes, or arguments that occur among members of a league.
  • Temporary server downtime, database maintenance, or connectivity issues.
  • Removal or suspension of accounts violating these community guidelines.

5. Content Removal Rights

We reserve the right, but do not assume the obligation, to delete, hide, or disable any User Generated Content reported as offensive, illegal, or in breach of these terms.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your login passwords and authorization credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized usage of your account.

7. Age Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to register for JudgeMe. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian permission to access this game.

8. Amendment of Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued usage of the application following updates indicates agreement to the modified Terms of Service.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan.
